Pricing, plainly explained.
Pricing is based on how many active riders you run, not on features. One to five riders is free. Six to twenty riders is a flat ₦15,000 a month, however many riders you have within that range. Twenty one riders and above moves to a custom Enterprise plan.
Nothing breaks and nothing gets cut off. We will let you know it is time to move to Growth, and you can upgrade whenever you are ready from your dashboard. Your data and rider history carry over automatically.
Yes. If your rider count drops back to five or below, you can downgrade from your billing settings and stop paying from your next billing cycle. There is no penalty for scaling down.
Growth is billed monthly through Paystack, so you can pay with a debit card, bank transfer, or USSD. Enterprise billing is arranged directly with our sales team based on how your business runs.
Freemium and Growth have no lock-in contract. Cancel whenever you like and you will not be billed again. Enterprise plans include a support agreement, which our sales team will walk you through before you sign anything.

No. Freemium never asks for payment details. You only add a payment method when you choose to upgrade to Growth.
