How Traxx Works
How do you know when I will arrive? v
We use your phone's location to guess your arrival time. It changes as you move. If there is traffic, we change it for you too.
What is Moving Time and Waiting Time? v
Moving Time counts while you are going to the customer. Waiting Time counts when you reach there and are waiting for them. Waiting Time does not hurt your score. The app switches between the two on its own.
What can get me flagged? v
You can get flagged if your phone loses location for more than 5 minutes, you go far off the normal route, you stop moving for 15 minutes or more with a delivery still open, you move around with no delivery given to you, or a delivery takes too long. Normal traffic will not flag you.
Can my manager see me when I am not working? v
No. We only see your location while you are working, from when you start until your manager says you can stop. After that, your location is removed completely.
Must I take a photo to finish a delivery? v
Yes. You must take a photo before you can finish a delivery. It proves you delivered it and helps you if there is ever a problem.
How do I stop work? v
Go to Sign Off, tell us why, then tap Ask to Stop Work. Your manager will say yes or no. You cannot stop until they say yes.
Can I use Traxx on two phones at once? v
No. Your account only works on one phone at a time. To change phones, ask your manager to unlink your old phone.
